We have two onsite manufacturing jewellers who can do jewellery repairs, custom makes, and remodelling. With over 30 years’ experience, ensure your jewellery is in safe hands!

 

We can do most battery replacements in watches onsite unless the watch needs to be water resistant. All other watch repairs can be completed by our local independent watchmaker. We also have other watchmakers that we can send higher end watch brands to quote to repair. All watch quotes have a $20.00 quote fee which is to be paid at the time of dropping in and gets deducted from the repair.

We have two layby options. The first option is our in store Layby. The item stays with us until it is paid off. We offer a 3 month layby period with a 20% deposit. You can either pay towards the layby in store or we can provide our bank details and you can pay towards the layby through internet banking.

 

The second option is Laybuy Go. Simply visit us in store and you will receive a text to either sign up or log in. 5 weekly payments gets deducted automatically from your account and you can take the item the same day.

Currently you cannot purchase on our website, you can however email or call us with what you would like to purchase and we can do an over the phone payment or you can transfer the amount into our bank account and we can courier to you if you are unable to collect in store.

We offer credit or exchanges for our products. We can adjust sizing if its incorrect or a product can be exchanged for something else in store. We do not offer refunds.
